Our clinics operate inside locally owned St. Louis gyms. This gives clients access to:
- Real equipment used in sport and training
- A motivating, community-driven environment
- Space to progress beyond table-based rehab
The Iron Hive
- Open gym with 24 hour access. They also offer 1-on-1 personal training that is great for individuals who need help designing and executing a fitness program that fits their specific needs
- Free weights for building strength/power: dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, functional trainers, machines, and olympic lifting platforms
- Field turf to work on plyometrics, acceleration, change direction, and sprint mechanics in preparation for return to sport
- State of the art cardio equipment – great for endurance athletes, specifically runners, which allows us to perform running assessments on-site


e3 Performance & Fitness
- Semi-private training model: Coaches work with up to 4 individuals at a time. Athletes are written a program that is specific to their needs and receive coaching in a group setting. This is great for building community while taking an individualized approach to training.
- Free weights for building strength/power: dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, functional trainers
- Field turf to work on plyometrics, acceleration, change direction, and sprint mechanics in preparation for return to sport
- Medicine ball wall to improve rotational power – great for golfers, baseball players, and tennis athletes
- Sauna for recovery
